Brookdale is a major Monmouth County employer. We currently have a staff of nearly 730 full and part-time employees (plus adjunct instructors) serving a student population of over 13,000 full and part time students each term and about 35,000 visitors each year.
Permanent full-time and permanent part-time employees at Brookdale are represented by four unions: the Faculty Association, the Administrative Association (BCCAA), the Professional Staff Association (PSA), and the Fraternal Order of Police (FOP).
