Please check the PDF map for the most recent construction sites on campus, and to identify building names.

How do I get my transcript?
Official transcripts of grades are available through the Office of Registration. In order to obtain official transcripts, students must apply in person or by written request. E-mail and fax requests are not accepted. Written requests for an official transcript must include the social security number, student signature and detailed information as to where the transcript is to be sent along with a fee of $3 per transcript (payable to Brookdale Community College).  The request should be mailed to:

The transcript request will be processed within 10-14 business days of receipt. Although it is possible to mail official transcripts to a student in a sealed envelope, no student will be given an official transcript at the Office of Registration.  Students who are applying to other institutions are responsible for knowing their deadlines and should make their request in plenty of time.

Unofficial (student) transcripts are available free of charge at the Office of Registration upon request and presentation of appropriate identification. No person other than the student will be given a student`s transcript.

How do I find out about visa requirements for foreign students?
Before you contact Brookdale about studying here, you should be aware of several important considerations.  Students on a F-1 visa to study full time at Brookdale must be able to pay their own tuition, as there are no financial aid options and the visa precludes employment for the first year. You must have an affadavit of sponsorship from a New Jersey resident; and you must locate your own housing. If you meet these requirements and wish to learn more, go to the International Students web page, or email international@brookdalecc.edu

Can I take a course at Brookdale while enrolled in my own college?
Brookdale welcomes "visiting" students from other colleges, and makes every effort to make the process simple for you. Check out all the details on our Visiting Students FAQ.

Where do I buy my textbooks?
Once you`ve registered and have details on your textbooks, head directly to the Scroll & Pen Bookstore in person or online. Contact the College Store at (732) 224-2382.
